Why this matters, in five numbers.
The thesis. AI is the most powerful tool of our generation, and it was not designed for the way a quarter of the population actually thinks, reads, sees, hears, or moves. The technology to close that gap already exists. What is missing is someone who teaches these communities how to use it, in their language, and connects them to the resources and accommodations they are entitled to. That is the space Possible For All fills.
Who we serve, by the numbers.
Disability is the largest minority in the world, and the only one any person can join at any time. Globally, an estimated 1.3 billion people, about 16% of the world's population, live with a significant disability, a number that is rising as populations age and chronic illness increases.1
In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control reports that more than 1 in 4 adults, over 70 million people, live with a disability, the highest figure ever recorded.2 The CDC groups these by function:

Specific communities
- Dyslexia and learning differences: roughly 15 to 20% of people show signs of dyslexia, which accounts for 80 to 90% of all learning disabilities.7
- Autism: the CDC now identifies autism in 1 in 31 children, up from 1 in 36 in 2023 and 1 in 44 in 2018.6
- ADHD: research suggests a large share of adults are undiagnosed, and women are far more likely to go unrecognized because they present with inattentive symptoms.8
- Hearing: about 37.5 million U.S. adults report trouble hearing; advocacy groups put the total over 50 million.9
- Vision: 5.5% of U.S. adults report a vision disability.2
The tools are being built. The teaching is not.
The market is moving fast. The global AI-in-accessibility market is projected to grow from about $4.2 billion in 2024 to roughly $52 billion by 2034, a compound growth rate near 28.7% a year.5 The broader assistive technology market was valued around $26.8 billion in 2024 and is growing steadily.4
That money is going into building tools. Almost none of it is going into teaching disabled and neurodivergent people how to actually use mainstream AI, which is the part that decides whether any of it reaches them.
The gap is not a lack of technology. The gap is the front door. A powerful tool nobody taught you to open is not powerful for you.
The proof, community by community.
This is not theoretical. For each group, mainstream AI is already removing real barriers:10

AI does not help automatically. It has to be made to.
The same tools can exclude. AI built without disabled people in mind carries the same gaps and biases as the world it learned from, and most products have no accessibility mode, no simplified output, no one-step-at-a-time setting.11 U.S. law is catching up: a 2024 Department of Justice rule requires state and local government digital content to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, and courts increasingly hold private companies to the same bar.12
That tension is the reason this work matters. Someone has to stand between the people and the tools, translate one to the other, and push the companies to build the door wider.

The white space. No one is teaching disabled and neurodivergent people how to use everyday AI in a way that fits how they think, while also connecting them to resources and accommodations, from lived experience, in a warm and human voice. That intersection is empty. That is Possible For All.
Where we start, and where we go.
We start with ADHD, because it is the founder's lived story and the community she can speak to with full honesty. It is also the largest slice of the most common disability category, cognition.2
We grow to all disabilities, one community at a time: learning differences, autism, low vision and blindness, deaf and hard of hearing, mobility, and chronic illness. Each gets its own guidance, its own resources, and its own accommodations roadmap, built with people from that community, never just for them.
The mission is one sentence: help people with disabilities learn to use AI in a way that works for them, and connect them to the resources and accommodations they deserve.
